Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are based on weight and free shipping for each weight division is based on total spend. The three price points are as follows:

·       For orders between up to 1kg – $9 Shipping Fee (Free shipping is achieved at $150 total cart value)

·       For orders over 1kg up to 3kg – $20 (Free shipping is achieved at $400+

·       For orders between 3kg to 5kg – $35 (Free shipping achieved at $500+)

Express shipping is only offered for orders under 1kg. Express shipping is a flat $12 and free shipping is offere to orders over $150 total cart value.

All orders are sent with Australia Post tracking. Orders ship from Townsville, Queensland.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day
• During peak periods, processing may take a longer.

·        Orders may be delayed due to necessary communication with customers to rectify orders

Combining Orders

We are able to combine separate orders after checkout if neither order has been delivered to AusPost yet and we may refund shipping fees if

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard: 2–8 business days for most metro areas.
• Regional/remote: Typically, 7–14 business days.
• Express: Typically, 1-4 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and can vary due to factors outside our control (weather events, carrier delays, public holidays).

Public Holidays and Delays

Please note that order processing and delivery timeframes may be impacted by Australian public holidays and Queensland state holidays.

Authority to Leave

Australia Post may offer an Authority to Leave option for deliveries. Where Authority to Leave is selected by the customer or applied by the carrier, the parcel may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.

The Dragon's Beard is not responsible for loss or theft of a parcel after Australia Post has recorded the item as delivered under an Authority to Leave arrangement.

Packaging and Packing Materials

Trading Cards are typically packaged in a large top loader or protective case and additional protection such as cardboard padding is applied when deemed necessary. Trading Card orders are shipped in bubble mailers according to the size of the order.

Products other than trading cards are shipped in bubble mailers or cardboard shipping boxes of appropriate size with bubble wrap or other packing materials used to protect the product

Order tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery instructions cannot be passed onto Australia Post.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. The Dragon's Beard is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we can arrange for it to be resent to the correct address. Additional shipping charges will apply for any re-dispatch of the order.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, The Dragon's Beard ships to addresses within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
